Sunshine Orchids Platform Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the Sunshine Orchids platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and only for authorized agricultural and supply-chain operations.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your farm data. You grant Sunshine Orchids a limited license to process data solely to deliver the service.
4. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may occur with notice where possible.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sunshine Orchids is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits or data.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
7. Updates
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
